I run a small team at Audfine. We're a China column PA speaker factory. People email me every week asking the same thing – what column PA should I buy for my wedding DJ gig or my church or my outdoor fitness class?
So let me tell you about the PRX TWO. Not a sales pitch. Just what I've learned from building these things for years.

Start with the subwoofer
It's 12 inches. The voice coil is 3 inches. Magnet is 60 oz ferrite. That's not the cheapest parts – that's the stuff that gives you real low end down to 55Hz. You'll feel kick drums. You won't get that thin plasticky bass you hear from small portable speakers.
Then the column
Four 4-inch full-range drivers. Not 2 inches. Not 3 inches. Four inches. Why does that matter? Because vocals live in the midrange. Tiny drivers make voices sound nasally. The 4-inch drivers give you warmth and clarity. The column sits on a pole on top of the sub. Together it's a 2-way system with crossover at 150Hz.
Power and coverage
Inside the sub is a Class-D amp. 700W RMS, 1400W peak. Class-D means it stays cool. You can run this outside in July for four hours and it won't shut down. Max SPL is 121dB at one meter. That's plenty for 150 people in a wedding tent.
Coverage is 100° horizontal, 60° vertical. Wide enough so people on the sides hear clearly, but controlled enough so you don't get slapback echo from walls.
The mixer and DSP – this is where it gets good
You get 5 input channels. Each has its own volume knob. You can plug in two XLR/TRS combo mics, two 6.35mm instruments (guitar, keyboard), and a 3.5mm aux from a phone. There are also two USB-A ports – for MP3 playback and for charging your devices.
Then the DSP. You get ±6dB EQ, echo, GT effects, and reverb. Want to add reverb to a vocal mic so it sounds like a hall? Turn the reverb knob. Need to cut bass because the room is boomy? Use the EQ. It's programmable and you can save your settings.
Bluetooth and wireless stereo
TWS Bluetooth 5.0. That means you can stream music from your phone. Also, if you buy two PRX TWO units, you can pair them wirelessly – one becomes left, one becomes right. No cables between them. There's an LCD screen so you can see what track is playing.
What do people actually ask me?
"How heavy is it? Can I carry it myself?"
Yes, one person can do it. I've done it a hundred times.
"Does it work outdoors?"
Yes. The cabinet is PP – polypropylene. It's lightweight and doesn't swell like wood when it's humid. Metal grille protects the drivers. But you need AC power – 110V to 220V auto-switching. No battery.
"Can I connect more speakers?"
Outputs: one Speakon (feeds the column) and one 6.35mm jack (for linking another powered speaker).
"What happens if I push it too hard?"
Thermal protection and RMS protection. It won't blow up – it'll limit or shut down safely.
