Products FAQ
- Do you offer OEM or ODM service for this gaming headset with mic? — Yes. As a China manufacturer, we support OEM and ODM customization, including customized box, solid carrying case, soft carrying bag, extra ear-pads or cable. Send an inquiry for a quotation.
- Are there different impedance options for this gaming headset? — Yes. It is a tuned monitoring headphone line with different impedance options; this listing is the 300 ohm version. Tell us your device and use, and we will recommend the best option.
- What does the TRRS 4-pole 3.5mm jack on the mic cable mean? — TRRS means a 4-section plug. Unlike a 2-section TRS plug, one TRRS jack carries both stereo audio and mic signal, so the gaming headphones with mic need only a single 3.5mm port.
- What makes the plug-in microphone cable special? — It is a low noise gooseneck microphone with line control and precise, clear sound pickup, on a 1.7M flexible OFC cable with metal TRRS 4-pole jack and braided jacket.
- What devices is this gaming headset designed for? — It is designed for PC, PS5 and Xbox gaming, and the tuned monitoring sound also fits studio use. Connection is a standard 3.5mm TRRS jack.
- How is the bass and sound quality? — 50mm neodymium drivers with tuned ear cups enhance low frequency, covering 10Hz-35kHz at 99±3dB sensitivity — balanced, powerful sound for gaming and studio monitoring.
- Is it comfortable for long gaming sessions? — Yes. Super soft skin-friendly ear pads, an adjustable headband and the circumaural design give a comfortable wearing experience with excellent noise isolation in loud environments.
- Do you accept small wholesale orders for custom gaming headsets? — Yes. As a China supplier and factory, we welcome wholesale and custom gaming headset inquiries. Please send your quantity and requirements for our best offer.
